Jan 1 - OFF
Jan 2 - Blast900, 1 hour spin class at Energy Lab
Jan 3 - 9 miles including 8 hill repeats
Jan 4 - Blast900
Jan 5 - 2.5 mile treadmill run + weighted exercises and abs
Jan 6 - OFF (pretend this day counts into next week)

Jan 7 - 2 mile run in Grant Park, 1 hour swim (2300 yards) at Washington Park
